DISC Personality Assessment for Businesses

Dave describes the four personality types (DISC) to help us better understand the dynamics of working with others in a business environment.

“D” Personality

The “D” personalities are dominant, decisive, and dogmatic. These are the people who make quick decisions and are focused on results.

“I” Personality

The “I” personalities are influential, inspiring, and generally interested in people. These are the fun-loving people in the crowd who are the life of the party and get their energy from pleasing people.

“S” Personality

The “S” personalities are supportive, accommodating, steady, sweet, and shy. These people can be tremendous leaders because they are very supportive and empathetic.

“C” Personality

The “C” personalities are cautious, calculating, and critical with their thinking. These are your doctors, architects, and results-orientated people but more focused on details than the “D” personality.

We are all a unique blend of each of these personality types. Understanding these personality types is important to relate with others in the workplace. For a free DISC assessment click here
